User Agreement

This User Agreement governs the relationship between the owner of /link to site/ (hereinafter /site name/ or Administration) on the one hand and the user of the site on the other.
The /site name/ website is not a mass media outlet.

By using the site, you agree to the terms of this agreement.
If you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, do not use the /site name/ website!

Rights and Responsibilities of the Parties

The user has the right to:

receive information on the site

The administration has the right to:
create, modify, and cancel rules at its discretion and necessity
restrict access to any information on the site
create, modify, delete information
delete accounts
refuse registration without explanation

The user undertakes to:
not disrupt the site's functionality
not use scripts (programs) for automated information collection and/or interaction with the Site and its Services

The administration undertakes to:
maintain the site's functionality except in cases where it is impossible for reasons beyond the Administration's control.

Liability of the Parties

The administration is not responsible for discrepancies between the expected and actually received services by the User
The administration is not responsible for services provided by third parties
In the event of a force majeure situation (military actions, state of emergency, natural disaster, etc.), the Administration does not guarantee the safety of the information posted by the User, as well as the uninterrupted operation of the information resource

Terms of the Agreement

This Agreement comes into force with any use of this site.
The agreement is valid indefinitely.
The administration reserves the right to unilaterally change this agreement at its discretion.
The administration does not notify users about changes in the Agreement.
